Cheer
Cheer is a resource tracked by the Facilitator that represents an NPC's disposition toward the player characters. When an NPC with Cheer is present in a scene, their Cheer can be spent to replace any other resource cost. Building Cheer through the Connect activity or Bond Scenes makes allies more valuable over time.
